Built: 1928  Declared: 05/18/2011

Located in Hancock Park, this Mediterranean Revival style residential duplex building was built by contractor Edward Goralsky in 1928, for Margarete Mae Marsh. The property exhibits a high level of sophisticated architectural designs and detailing, including a slightly pitched side-gabled roof covered in red Mission tile and multi-light arched casement windows on its front elevation.
