The J.E. Maxwell Residence, on the left, was built in 1906 and designed by prominent architect Arthur B. Benton, best known for his work on the National Historic Landmark, Mission Inn in Riverside, California.
The Reverend Williel Thomson Residence was built in the early 1890s and is considered a good example of Shingle Style Architecture.
