Built in 1927 in Los Feliz, this two-story single-family residence in Los Feliz, designed by architect Harry B. Aarens, exhibits character-defining features of the Mediterranean Revival style. The main entrance is topped by a large conical roof tower flanked by two protruding wings, with a smaller, octagonal tower located directly behind the main tower. Significant interior spaces include a rotunda with stained glass windows. The property’s original owner, Abraham Louis Gore, was a movie executive and owned several movie theaters.
