This one-story, Contemporary Custom Ranch style house was built in 1958 in the Bel Air – Beverly Crest neighborhood. It was designed by Robert A. Kennard, whose firm designed over 700 projects in Southern California. Zeiger House exhibits many characterdefining features of a Contemporary Custom Ranch home, including glass walls, fixed and operable, allowing for visual interaction between indoor and outdoor spaces.
