Built: 1911  Declared: 07/15/1988

Built in 1911 by the California Real Estate and Building Company, the Herivel House was the second of three Craftsman style homes designed by Meyer and Holler to be built in the Sycamore Terrace community (then known as Professor’s Row) within Highland Park, Los Angeles. It remains largely unaltered since its construction.
